The knife is well balanced and fits in my hand well. I have several high-end knives and this knife is every bit as good for a much more reasonable price. I'm well satisfied.

Definitely Lighter Than Cast Iron

 

It’s a wonderful pan and a lot lighter than my favorite cast iron one. My first cook was a grilled cheese sandwich which browned evenly and was delicious! Great pan. 👍
