Great pan so far.Very impressed so far

 

Nice solid pan. It has a more weight than cheap nonsticks I’ve had in the past so it sits nice and flat. I love the covered handle and that it just works, cleans up easily. Very impressed so far.

I bake lots of Crusty Artisan Breads. And.....until I received my new Misen Serrated bread knife struggled with cutting the fresh bread without mangling it. The slightly curved shape of the blade, the design of the serration and the weight ALL blend to make this normally arduous task a pleasure. So if your not sure about this knife please believe me when I say you won't be sorry!!!

Pans are solid, handles ergonomic, and heat very evenly. Heavy but not too heavy. Stack well. Cook like a dream. If they last a few years they will be my favorite non stick pans.

A gift to a discerning cook

Gave my daughter a chef's knife. After a week or two of use, she said that it is a great knife. She has a collection of very good German knives and rates her Misen above them for balance, feel in the hand, and sharpness.

The utility knife is well balanced and looks good. Its very sharp edge cut up a chicken easily. I've had it less than a month and used it two or three times so no need for honing yet. Worth the price and a good addition to my culinary arsenal.

This is a super sharp and high quality knife. It stays sharp and so far after several weeks I not sharpened it. The balance is comfortable and easy to hold. I highly recommend this knife.
