Great Paring Knife

The size, shape and weight make this comfortable and easy to use, and the blade was very nice & sharp. The blue color handle looks nice.

Such a great knife

Well I put this knife to the test and wanted to cut a couple of slices a rustic bread which I thought would never happen without a serrated edged knife. I took the knife started to slice and I couldn't believe it went through that bread like butter no effort at all. This is simply the best knife I ever had in my life.

Great paring knife

I love this little workhorse! My old paring knives were cheap and just not holding an edge anymore, but the Misen paring knife is a dream. It arrived sharp and is a cinch to hone the edge and keep it sharp.

Even heat distribution - Clean-up is very easy

 

Since promptly receiving a the non-stick 10inch pan two weeks ago, I have cooked a variety of root vegetables, salmon fillets and salmon steak, omelettes and veggie burgers. What impressed me was the even heat distribution and for a single male, clean-up is very easy.
