WOW, easy to handle, maintains even heating

It’s a wonderful pan and a lot lighter than my favorite cast iron one. My first cook was a grilled cheese sandwich which browned evenly and was delicious! Great pan. 👍

The best chef's knife ever

The first chef knife that allows me to hold it correctly. The bolster set back allows my fingers to hold the blade properly when chopping. The blade is perfectly balanced and amazingly sharp.
