6 qt Rondeau - I absolutely love it.

I have used the 6 qt Rondeau to cook up several items and it is ideal. I absolutely love it. In fact I gave one to our daughter and one to our son, who both enjoy cooking. The Rondeau is so versatile. You can fry in it, you can blend food together in it. It has so many uses.

This is a joy to cut with! I seldom find knives that require no pressure to cut with but that's what I've found with my Misen. I've purchased $200 knives before and while they were nice, they don't compare to this one. It's quite hefty! I'm looking forward to ordering steak knives soon!

8 QT Stockpot - Best pot I ever owned
