Absolutely love my new serrated knife - the length and balance are what truly set it apart from the previous ones I've owned. Not only does it exceed the quality of any other serrated knife I've ever owned, my wife, who is mortal enemies with serrated knives, has not cut herself once due to the beauty of this knife's engineering.
