I’m hooked. Everything else can go in the trash

I am 25 years as a chef and restaurant professional. I’ve gone through times and cookware over the years and have not found a better brand at this price point. EVER! I can sing their praises all day long but you’ll never know how good one of their French knives feels in your hand Until you try it. I’m hooked. Everything else can go in the trash and I’ll stick with my Misen products.
