Great Knives

 

Bought the chef and paring knives. Both are extremely sharp, solid, and fit the hand nicely. So far they seem to hold an edge well, but I’ve only had them for a few weeks with daily (average home cooking) use.

 I do not cook with oil so it was imperative that I find pots and pans that would work for my style of cooking. I have loved these pans. I dry saute my onions and peppers and my garlic and when I add the liquid to deglaze the Pan everything comes off with no residue. I love that I can stack the pots and pans to save space in the drawers. I will be taking these pots and pans with me when I go teach cooking classes

I didn’t know anything about the MISEN pan I bought. The pictures of the pan showed a well made product. The discount offered to buy it helped me chose it. I’m glad I did. It’s a well made pan; worth the money I spent on it. I plan to buy more of these pans as they’re well worth it. I highly recommend this pan to all. You won’t be disappointed.

Nicely balanced knife

 

Nicely balanced knife. Happy with it. But too soon to say how sharp it will remain. It's my biggest knife, I wasn't sure I was going to use it often, but I keep grabbing it, even if my other favorites are hanging right next to it on the magnetic strip.

This knife is long enough to cut through any bread, it feels great in your hand, and the handle is shaped to allow you to cut through without your knuckles hitting the cutting surface (this was a key feature for our family)

Best Pan Ever

Best Pan Ever! I bought the Misen 8" nonstick pan and could not be happier. The quality is evident the first time you hold the pan in your hand. It's weighty and exudes quality. The handle is both chic and comfortable to the touch. I'm an All-Clad fan (probably have 25 different All-Clad pans and accessories), but I rate the Misen pan as the best pan I've ever owned!

Beautiful Knives!

Beautiful Knives! I've been looking at these steak knives for at least a year now. Finally took advantage of a sale to get an 8 piece set for less than a set of 4! They are so beautiful! Feel great in your hand. This is going to a Christmas present to myself. So I'll have to wait a little longer to use them.

I bought the chef knife and was so impressed, ive had a chef knife for awhile and love it, but its pretty heavy and i was suprised when i got the misen chef knife, it really is very light and was very skepical about it till i used it a few time, would take a farm in Georgia for it now, so i decided to get the paring knife and love it also, ty so much for very good knifes

The knives have great balance

 

Love the balance and the color......they are very very sharp...so more care needed than with older knives when using...but getting used to cutting completely on the first cut.
