Whole Food plant-based Chef



 I do not cook with oil so it was imperative that I find pots and pans that would work for my style of cooking. I have loved these pans. I dry saute my onions and peppers and my garlic and when I add the liquid to deglaze the Pan everything comes off with no residue. I love that I can stack the pots and pans to save space in the drawers. I will be taking these pots and pans with me when I go teach cooking classes
