Love this pan

I have bought non-stick pans before, those cheap orange colored ones. They were terrible. This Misen pan is now my go to pan for all of my cooking. Particularly great for mushrooms and for eggs, but I use it for everything.

An excellent paring knife

This paring knife has a nice fit in my hand, a good balance, is exceptionally sharp, and was not too expensive (I bought it on sale). I am still getting used to just how quickly and effortlessly it chops and dices and slices - I am still working on keeping my fingertips and knuckles out of the way of the blade. I have had this knife for over a month, have been following the care/cleaning directions, and my knife has not dulled. I am curious to see how it ages and how easily it sharpens. A month in, I would definitely recommend this knife.

It’s a workhorse

This is the second Misen chef’s knife I purchased - I was feeling insecure having just one. I have all kinds of good knives: Wusthof, Shun, Kamikoto, Miyabi, New West Knifeworks, etc. Misen is my go-to chef’s knife. There are more aesthetically beautiful knives out there, but when I want to get serious and do a lot of chopping, I reach for the Misen.  It’s a workhorse .

Best Pans I have ever purchased

I have purchased pans that I've hoped would deliver. These have done just that!! Thank You Misen for making these pans with easy to clean corners, even heat distribution. After trying out the 3 Qt Saute pan, I purchased the 8,10 and 12 inch skillets. Finally I can say these are my pans for the rest of my life.

Love my Knives

After 30 years of chef'n, , I've used a lot of knives. Misen again achieves top rating. I also love their pans, better than my sets of All Clad. As a chef, I keep my knives razor sharp. To sharpen before use, I often go to my quick stand-by sharpener, the ACCUSHARP hand held knife sharpener. Cheap, for the non-professional and professional.
