It’s a workhorse



This is the second Misen chef’s knife I purchased - I was feeling insecure having just one. I have all kinds of good knives: Wusthof, Shun, Kamikoto, Miyabi, New West Knifeworks, etc. Misen is my go-to chef’s knife. There are more aesthetically beautiful knives out there, but when I want to get serious and do a lot of chopping, I reach for the Misen.  It’s a workhorse .
